Sign into your Amazon Associates account: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com
Hover over your email address at the top of the page
Click on “Account Settings”
Click “View/Provide Tax Information”
Click “Take Tax Interview”
Provide an e-signature for fastest validation
Helpful Tips:
You will be asked to provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN), if you have one. If you don’t have a U.S. TIN, you may provide the income tax identification number issued by your country of residence.
Before submitting your interview, please double-check that the withholding tax rate is correct
